Bharatiya Janata Party president Amit Shah on Monday ruled out joining the Narendra Modi government after being elected to the Rajya Sabha, saying he was "happy" handling the party affairs. "The question does not arise," was his reply at a press conference in Lucknow, after he was asked whether he would quit as party president and join the Modi cabinet after entering the Upper House.
