Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal may face ‘criminal charges’ over irregularities found by the Shunglu Committee in the decisions taken by the Aam Aadmi Party government, former Lt Governor Najeeb Jung on Wednesday said, alleging ‘nepotism and gross favouritism’. He also alleged that Kejriwal had set up a ‘secret unit’ like a ‘counter IB (Intelligence Bureau)’ for suspected spying. Jung told India Today TV that the appointment
