US regulator fast-tracks approval for Wockhardt drugs

Mumbai-based Wockhardt Ltd has received Qualified Infectious Disease Product (QIDP) status from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for two of its drugs, WCK 771 and WCK 2349.
