BJP tampered with EVMs to win Gujarat, claims Hardik

As the Bharatiya Janata Party retained power in Gujarat, Patidar leader Hardik Patel on Monday alleged the saffron party played an "unfair game" by "tampering" with EVMs and using "money power". The Patidar Anamant Andolan Samiti convener, who backed the Congress in the polls, said the party would have won had the BJP not "indulged in cheating". As the ruling BJP today secured a majority in Gujarat, state Congress president Bharatsinh Solanki said his party accepts people's verdict and he takes responsibility for the defeat.
